Precision for Medicine is a global life sciences and clinical research organization specialized in improving the process of developing new therapeutics. With over 2000 dedicated professionals and 35 offices worldwide, we stand ready to help accelerate life-changing treatments anywhere around the globe.
Precision of Medicine is poised to become a frontrunner in the life sciences industry. My role was to breathe new life into their existing brand identity, infusing it with elements that embody trust, groundbreaking innovation, and vibrancy. This transformation involved a comprehensive update of their information architecture, integrating over 180 new pages to boost user engagement and improve accessibility. In addition, I developed a distinctive yet cohesive brand identity for their Biospecimens division. This new identity, while anchored in the main brand's core values, presents a more mature and professional image, in perfect alignment with the division's specialized focus.
The company's vision for its brand underwent a transformative shift, necessitating a comprehensive overhaul of its core brand elements. This rigorous process involved numerous iterations to achieve a cohesive and refined identity for both Precision for Medicine and its biospecimens division.
A significant challenge was the rebranding of the website, which comprised over 180 pages. Each page required fresh, engaging copy and visually appealing assets, all tailored to guide users effectively towards a clear objective. Furthermore, given the intricate nature of the industry, the website was designed to convey a wealth of information in a manner that is not only accessible but effortlessly comprehensible for its audience.
After careful analysis and multiple iterations, we successfully defined the main brand guidelines that resonated with the desired brand essence. This process involved creating various mockups to accurately pinpoint the brand's unique identity. Building upon this foundation, we then focused on developing a distinct identity for the biospecimens division, ensuring it aligned with the overall brand strategy.
The next crucial phase involved wireframing the homepage. We explored three significantly different design approaches, continuously refining them until we achieved a style that met our mutual expectations. The finalized homepage design set the tone for the entire web experience, emphasizing the importance of this step in the project.
In the subsequent phase, I worked closely with a copywriter to address the extensive requirements for the new pages, particularly the news section. This collaboration was vital, not only for the immediate project needs but also for establishing a long-term content strategy.
Furthermore, the project required the creation of around 180 pages, necessitating approximately 30 flexible templates. This approach, though time-consuming, was essential to balance speed and quality, ensuring we met our project deadlines without compromising on standards.
Efficiently executed a comprehensive launch of our web experience with a single, seamless push, following rigorous quality assurance (QA) testing. Post-launch, my role expanded to include critical maintenance and comprehensive A/B testing to optimize user experience and functionality. Coinciding with the launch of our revamped brand and website, we initiated an aggressive marketing campaign, effectively channeling a significant influx of users into our sales funnel. The development of the website was a substantial undertaking, involving the creation of over 500 bespoke assets and the design of 30 distinct templates for each site component.
